Entry Fees and Camera Charges: Any fees or charges for entry to sightseeing places and camera usage will need to be covered by the travellers.
- Cultural Shows: Tickets for cultural shows are not part of the package.
- Entrance Fees and Extras: Costs associated with entrance fees, joy rides, rafting, light and sound shows, and any additional items not specified in the ‘cost includes’ section are not included.
Itinerary Changes: Any costs incurred due to changes in the itinerary because of bad weather, the ill health of a tour member, or other unforeseen circumstances are not covered.
Additional Excursions: Expenses related to extra excursions or sightseeing beyond the tour itinerary or conducted by vehicles not included in the package are not part of the package.
Taxes: GST 5% & TCS 5% (TCS is Refundable). Any other taxes if levied by Government or any changes in Tax rates.

In the event that this agreement is terminated for any reason, our responsibility to you and/or your party will immediately end, and you and/or your party will be obliged to promptly vacate any accommodations or other services that we have provided. You and/or your party will not be subject to any additional obligations on our behalf. We will not provide any reimbursements for services that were not rendered, nor will we cover any fees or costs that were incurred as a direct consequence of the termination. You and/or your party may also be forced to pay for losses and/or damages caused by your activities, and we will hold you and each member of your party equally and individually accountable for any damages or losses caused by you or any member of your party. You and/or your party may also be required to pay for losses and/or damages caused by your actions. Before leaving the location where the service in issue was rendered, the whole amount of payment for any such damages or losses must be paid immediately to the relevant provider. If you fail to make payment, you will be liable for paying any claims that are later made against us as a consequence of your conduct, as well as any costs that we spend in pursuing any claim against you. The Terms and Conditions of Use
- Rates are subject to vary in the event of a change in travel plans, regardless of the cause for the change.
- If flights were to be booked by the organiser, the prices that would be charged to participants would be determined by the actual rates that were available on the day that the booking was made. The participant will be responsible for the increase in flying costs that have been incurred.
- Please note that the airline’s cancellation policy is in effect.
- There will be no reimbursement given for any international trip cancellations made between 0 and 30 days after booking. The sum paid for the reservation is non-refundable. In the event that the Trip Amount is not paid in whole and on time, the Customer Side will be regarded to have cancelled the Trip.
- The costs associated with any changes to the itinerary or length of stay that are necessitated by the cancellation of a flight because of inclement weather, illness, obstacles, or any other events that are beyond our control. There is a possibility that the itinerary may be altered.
- Check-in begins at 2:00 p.m., and check-out begins at 12:00 p.m., according to the flow.
- Please be aware that Travel Bezzie retains the right to refuse any booking and the right to cancel any booking at any time (for example, if the necessary minimum number of participants for the group has not been reached). In the event that this occurs, as a participant, you will be eligible to receive a complete refund.
- If an unavoidable condition, such as a curfew, lockdown, traffic congestion, or any other delay that is beyond our control causes a customer to miss their flight, we will not be held liable for the situation.
- Travel Bezzie reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary at any time. This may be necessary for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to: events deemed to be of “Force Majeure,” strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels or flights, cancellation or rerouting of flights, closure of or entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. In spite of the fact that we will do all in our power to find acceptable alternatives to the situation, we cannot be held responsible for any claims for compensation or refunds that may result from this.
- The cost of deviating from your tour or ticket’s itinerary, as well as the cost of extending its validity, is not included.
- In the event that there is a dispute, it will be resolved by the court that has exclusive jurisdiction in Lucknow.
