Travel Bezzie – Guest Conduct, Decorum & Participation Policy
 
At Travel Bezzie, we are committed to creating safe, enjoyable, and memorable travel experiences for all our guests. Group travel requires mutual respect, cooperation, patience, and consideration for fellow travelers.
 
By booking and participating in any Travel Bezzie tour, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with the following policy.
 
1. Respectful Conduct
 
All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, courteous, and considerate manner throughout the journey.
 
Guests must:
 
– Treat fellow travelers, tour leaders, local guides, drivers, hotel staff, and local communities with respect.
– Communicate politely and professionally.
– Respect personal boundaries, privacy, and cultural differences.
– Contribute positively to the group travel experience.
 
The following behavior is strictly prohibited:
 
– Shouting, aggressive behavior, verbal abuse, or threatening language.
– Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or intimidation.
– Offensive, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct.
– Creating unnecessary conflict or disturbance within the group.
– Any behavior that negatively impacts the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of other guests.
 
2. Cooperation During the Tour
 
Group tours operate on fixed schedules and shared arrangements. Guests are expected to cooperate with the tour leader and fellow travelers.
 
Guests must:
 
– Follow reasonable instructions issued by the tour leader.
– Respect tour schedules and departure timings.
– Participate in a cooperative and courteous manner.
– Understand that group decisions may occasionally take precedence over individual preferences.
 
Repeated non-cooperation, refusal to follow instructions, or behavior that disrupts the smooth operation of the tour may result in removal from the tour without refund.
 
3. Physical Fitness and Health Requirements
 
Travel Bezzie tours may involve:
 
– Walking on uneven terrain.
– Climbing stairs and slopes.
– Long road journeys.
– High-altitude destinations.
– Outdoor sightseeing and activities.
– Carrying personal luggage.
 
Guests are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and medically capable of participating in the tour.
 
Guests should not book a tour if they:
 
– Require continuous medical supervision.
– Have mobility limitations that prevent independent participation.
– Are unable to walk reasonable distances without assistance.
– Have health conditions that may be adversely affected by the itinerary.
 
Travel Bezzie reserves the right to deny participation in activities or tours if a guest’s physical condition poses a safety concern.
 
4. Medical Disclosure
 
Guests must disclose any significant medical condition, mobility limitation, allergy, or special assistance requirement before booking.
 
Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect participation and may limit the company’s ability to provide assistance during the tour.
 
Guests are responsible for carrying all necessary medications and medical supplies.
 
5. Punctuality
 
Timely participation is essential for the success of a group tour.
 
Guests are required to:
 
– Arrive on time for all departures, transfers, meals, and activities.
– Remain aware of meeting points and scheduled timings.
 
Travel Bezzie shall not be responsible for missed services, activities, transportation, or additional costs arising from a guest’s failure to report on time.
 
6. Alcohol and Substance Use
 
Guests choosing to consume alcohol must do so responsibly and in accordance with local laws.
 
The following are strictly prohibited:
 
– Illegal drugs or prohibited substances.
– Excessive intoxication affecting group harmony or safety.
– Disorderly behavior resulting from alcohol consumption.
 
Guests whose conduct becomes disruptive due to alcohol or substance use may be removed from the tour without refund.
 
7. Respect for Local Communities and Culture
 
Guests are expected to:
 
– Respect local customs, traditions, and cultural practices.
– Dress appropriately where required.
– Follow local laws and regulations.
– Show consideration towards local residents and communities.
 
Any fines, penalties, or legal consequences resulting from a guest’s actions shall be the sole responsibility of the guest.
 
8. Environmental Responsibility
 
Travel Bezzie promotes responsible tourism.
 
Guests are requested to:
 
– Avoid littering.
– Respect wildlife and natural habitats.
– Minimize environmental impact.
– Follow local environmental regulations and guidelines.
 
9. Personal Belongings
 
Guests are solely responsible for:
 
– Passports and travel documents.
– Cash and valuables.
– Personal luggage and belongings.
 
Travel Bezzie shall not be liable for loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of personal property.
 
10. Photography and Privacy
 
Permission should be sought before photographing individuals where appropriate. Guests must also comply with photography restrictions at religious, cultural, government, and protected sites.
 
11. Safety Compliance
 
Guests must comply with all safety instructions provided by:
 
– Tour leaders.
– Local guides.
– Transport providers.
– Activity operators.
 
Failure to follow safety instructions may result in exclusion from certain activities without refund.
 
12. Itinerary Changes
 
Travel plans may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:
 
– Weather conditions.
– Natural disasters.
– Road closures.
– Government restrictions.
– Transportation disruptions.
– Operational requirements.
 
Travel Bezzie reserves the right to modify, alter, substitute, postpone, or cancel any portion of the itinerary in the interest of safety and operational requirements.
 
13. Damage to Property
 
Guests shall be responsible for any damage caused by their actions or negligence to:
 
– Hotels.
– Vehicles.
– Camps.
– Equipment.
– Public or private property.
 
Any repair, replacement, compensation, or penalty costs shall be borne by the responsible guest.
 
14. Right to Refuse or Terminate Participation
 
Travel Bezzie reserves the absolute right to refuse participation or remove any guest from a tour if, in our reasonable opinion, the guest:
 
– Is physically unfit for the tour.
– Behaves in an abusive, aggressive, disruptive, or threatening manner.
– Shouts at, insults, or harasses staff, guides, or fellow travelers.
– Refuses to follow reasonable instructions.
– Endangers the safety or well-being of others.
– Negatively impacts the overall group experience.
 
In such cases:
 
– No refund, compensation, or reimbursement shall be payable.
– Any additional costs incurred shall be the sole responsibility of the guest.
 
15. Acceptance of Policy
 
By making a booking and participating in a Travel Bezzie tour, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Guest Conduct, Decorum & Participation Policy.
 
Travel Bezzie reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
