Travel Decorum Guidelines- Travellers Code of Conduct

At Travel Bezzie, we are fully committed to fostering an atmosphere characterized by respect, safety, and enjoyment for each and every traveller. To ensure a harmonious journey for all, we humbly request all travellers to observe the following comprehensive set of decorum guidelines:

1. Demonstrating Respectful Behaviour and Steering Clear of Abusive Conduct

Our deep-seated value lies in nurturing an environment that is free from abusive behaviour or violence. We kindly urge you to refrain from any actions that may lead to the distress, endangerment, or discomfort of fellow guests or third parties, or result in damage to property. In rare circumstances where Travel Bezzie or duly authorized personnel perceive that your actions, or the actions of any member of your group, transgress these guidelines, we may regrettably need to implement measures for the betterment of the group.

2. Averting Disruptions and Ensuring a Cohesive Experience

In the event that, in our assessment or that of authorized individuals, your conduct or that of your party gives rise to disturbances, distress, peril, or inconvenience to fellow travellers, property, transportation services, or third parties, we retain the right to curtail your travel arrangements. In such instances, any responsibilities we bear towards you and your party will be suspended. You will be kindly requested to depart from your accommodations or cease utilizing our services in a timely and understanding manner. It grieves us that we cannot extend further services, and we regretfully cannot issue refunds for unused services. Additionally, any financial implications resulting from this situation shall not fall under Travel Bezzie’s purview. Should your actions lead to losses or damages, we gently request full and immediate payment to the relevant service provider prior to your departure from the respective service. In the event that payment is not forthcoming, you will be held accountable for any claims initiated against us due to your actions, alongside the expenses we bear while pursuing such claims. Please be aware that actions or behaviours of unrelated individuals not associated with your booking or Travel Bezzie cannot be attributed to us.

3. Responsible Conduct: Controlled Substances and Alcohol

We humbly ask that you remain conscientious about your behaviour throughout your journey. The misuse of alcohol or any controlled substances, whether Legal or illegal, that could potentially compromise your safety, the safety of fellow travellers, or the well-being of Travel Bezzie staff, will necessitate your separation from the ongoing tour.

4. Advocating Environmental Sensitivity: Mitigating Footprints

In harmony with our commitment to responsible travel, we cordially invite all travellers to play an active role in reducing their environmental footprint. This entails mindful avoidance of superfluous plastic bags and single-use plastic water bottles whenever viable. Your embrace of eco-conscious practices greatly contributes to the preservation of the locales we explore together.

5. Valuing Diversity: Avoiding Sensitive Statements

We kindly urge you to steer clear of making religious or political statements that may inadvertently generate stress or discomfort for your co-travellers. Diversity in beliefs and perspectives enriches our travel experiences, and we strive to ensure an atmosphere of inclusivity and harmony.

6. Transparency about Health Conditions and Respect for Local Customs

To ensure the well-being of all travellers, please communicate accurate information about your medical conditions. Moreover, displaying sensitivity and respect towards local customs and traditions is a cornerstone of our travel philosophy.
