• The standard check-in time at the hotel is typically 2:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to the hotel’s discretion.
• Each room can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults, and the third occupant will be provided with a mattress or rollaway bed.
• Transportation will be provided according to the itinerary and will not be available at disposal of client(s).
• In cooler or mountainous regions, air conditioning will not be in use.
• Rates may be subject to change if there are any alterations to the travel plan, regardless of the reason.
• If flights are booked by the organizer, charges will be based on actual rates prevailing on the day of booking, and any increase in flight charges will be borne by the participant. Airline terms and conditions and cancellation policies apply to flights.
• In the event of trip cancellation by the client when flights are booked by Travel Bezzie, the company will issue a credit note valid for one year, which can be utilized for future flight bookings for any ongoing trip with Travel Bezzie.
• Travel Bezzie reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to reasons like Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, flight cancellations/rerouting, closure or entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While suitable alternate arrangements will be made, the company will not be liable for any refunds or compensation claims arising from these changes.
• Cost of deviation and extension of validity on the tour/ticket is not included.

• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow.
• In Gulmarg, the horseman union prohibits vehicles from dropping off or picking up guests at/from the gondola, and all sightseeing tours are also not allowed by the union.
• Certain places like Aru Valley, Chandanwari, and Betaab Valley at Pahalgam are not part of the cost inclusions, due to restrictions by the local transport union.
• In case of road closures due to snow and slippery roads, our vehicle will not be allowed to ply, and only snow jeeps/chained vehicles are permitted, which can be hired on a direct payment basis.
• During winter, the road to Sonmarg remains closed, and vehicles can only go up to Gagangir.
• For Sonmarg sightseeing, guests will be taken to the Sonmarg taxi stand, from where they need to hire a pony/local union cab. Thajwas Glacier and Zero Point at Sonmarg are not included in the tour due to restrictions by the local union.
• Private cabs are not permitted to transport tourists to or from Thajiwas Glacier, Fish Pond, Zero Point, Baltal, Krishansar, and Vishansar Lake.
• Some hotels in Kashmir provide room heaters on request and for an additional charge.
• Houseboats in Kashmir operate differently from those in Kerala. They are stationary and offer beautiful views of Dal Lake and its surroundings. Accommodation in these quaint houseboats is purely for the experience, and they may have certain limitations like 24×7 electricity and water supply, electric kettle, and no television in each room.
• Cost incidental to changes in the itinerary or stay due to flight cancellations, bad weather, ill health, roadblocks, or factors beyond Travel Bezzie’s control is not the responsibility of the company. The itinerary is subject to change.
• Please note that Travel Bezzie reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking, such as when the basic quota of required participants for the group is not met. In such cases, participants will be entitled to a full refund in form of Credit Voucher.
• The company is not responsible if a client misses their flight due to unforeseen circumstances like curfew, lockdown, traffic jam, or any other delay not within their control.

Essential Items to Pack:

For a comfortable journey, make sure to pack some day snacks, chocolates, protein bars, casual clothes, warm clothes, a warm jacket, a body warmer, sport shoes, sunscreen/sunglasses, a woollen hat/muffler, personal medications, a water bottle, and a small day backpack. These items will ensure you have a pleasant and enjoyable travel experience.
