• The images and videos crafted during an expedition organized by Travel Bezzie, whether by its own content producers or its clients, belong to the ownership of Travel Bezzie. These visual assets are designated strictly for the promotional endeavours of Travel Bezzie Experiences across diverse media channels. Any utilization of this digital content for promotional or commercial intentions necessitates the procurement of proper authorization from Travel Bezzie.

• Ensure full payment for the trip is settled before its commencement; failure to do so could lead to trip cancellation.

• All IDs must be verified before boarding; valid government ID is mandatory for boarding. Booking transfers are not allowed; only individuals listed at the confirmation stage are permitted to travel.

• For international travel with Travel Bezzie, passengers must have a passport valid for at least six (6) months from the intended travel date, without damage. Travel Bezzie is not liable for clients’ using passports that do not meet validity requirements; travellers must ensure their passports are valid before booking.

• In the event of any passport, visa, or immigration-related issues, including entry denial by authorities, the passenger shall be solely responsible for all consequences and any additional costs incurred. No refunds will be provided for any unused services or inclusions in the package.

• Travelers are accountable for their belongings; management holds no responsibility for damage or loss.

• In hilly areas, air conditioning may be turned off; during the trip, the driver will decide on AC usage based on safety and travel conditions. Vehicle-Tempo Traveller/ Coaster Bus/ SUV depends upon number of people on boarding the trip and also upon ground terrain/ road conditions.

• Punctuality is essential to ensure the smooth execution of the itinerary. Travelers who fail to report on time and miss the designated vehicle will not be eligible for any refund. As a courtesy, two reminder calls will be made prior to departure; however, it remains the traveler’s responsibility to be present at the scheduled time and location.

• Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited during the tour for health and safety reasons.

• Physical fitness is essential to fully enjoy and participate in all activities during the tour. Please be aware that some destinations may require significant walking, including to explore various sites and enjoy the surroundings, as well as taking stairs. Additionally, lifts may not be available in every hotel. We recommend being in good physical condition to make the most of your experience.

• Group Seating Adjustment Policy:

  For group tours, all participants are required to cooperate and adjust with the seating arrangements, especially when shared transportation is used. If a participant’s physical condition, including weight, affects their seating preferences, adjustments will be made on a rotational basis to ensure fairness and comfort for everyone. Specific seat preferences, such as consistently occupying front seats in vehicles, cannot be guaranteed. No individual arrangements will be made. The vehicle will be provided by the company based on the number of participants. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a harmonious group travel experience.

• Travel Bezzie arranges mountain adventure trips with inherent risks; Travel Bezzie and its affiliates are not accountable for accidents, injuries, losses, or claims due to negligence or external factors.

• Misconduct or indiscipline will not be tolerated during the tours, aiming for a smooth and memorable experience.
• Travel Bezzie is not responsible for delays, alterations, or indirect expenses caused by natural disasters, accidents, weather, politics, etc. In case of participant injury or illness during the tour, external evacuation or transport services might be required, and associated costs will be borne by the participant or their family. No insurance is provided for sickness, accidents, theft, or losses.
• Various factors such as weather, road conditions, and participants’ abilities may lead to itinerary alterations; adjustments may be made for safety and comfort.
• If a client is denied entry or faces immigration issues due to reasons related to their passport, visa, or any other travel document, Travel Bezzie shall not be held responsible for the same. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that their passport is valid for the required duration, that they have obtained the necessary visa(s) and permits, and that they meet all immigration and entry requirements set by the respective authorities.  Travel Bezzie acts as a facilitator in providing travel arrangements and does not have control over immigration decisions made by border control, consulates, or other governmental agencies. Any refusal of entry, deportation, or delay due to incomplete documentation, prior travel history, visa rejections, or any other reason shall be entirely at the client’s risk, and no refunds or reimbursements will be provided for any unused services, including flights, hotels, tours, or transfers. Any additional costs incurred as a result of such issues shall be borne by the client.

Luggage Policy

• To ensure smooth travel and comfort for all participants in our group tours, luggage space will be regulated according to vehicle capacity and group size.

• Each participant is permitted to carry only one medium-sized suitcase/bag.

• Multiple suitcases, oversized luggage, or multiple handbags are strictly not allowed.

• Any luggage carried beyond the permissible limit which restricts space in the vehicle will attract additional charges as levied by the transport provider, to be borne directly by the traveler.

• The final luggage limits for each tour will be guided by your Tour Manager, keeping in mind the group size and vehicle arrangements.

• Please note: The luggage limit for the group will not be the same as airlines, railways, or private carriers. Our limits are based strictly on ground transport capacity.

• This policy ensures fairness, comfort, and hassle-free movement for all travelers on a group tour.

Pricing & Itinerary Disclaimer

• All international tours offered by Travel Bezzie are subject to dynamic pricing and fluctuations in foreign exchange rates. Consequently, tour prices may increase or decrease prior to final payment. Itineraries, accommodations, and included services are also subject to change due to operational requirements, availability, or unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, local regulations, or force majeure events.

Room Sharing Policy

Our group tour pricing is based on shared accommodation, primarily on a double-sharing basis and occasionally triple-sharing, depending on the destination and hotel availability.

Couples will be accommodated together in the same room. Solo travelers will be paired on a same-gender sharing basis—female guests with female travelers and male guests with male travelers. If a same-gender sharing partner is not available, single-occupancy accommodation may be required at an additional supplement cost.

Please note that bedding configuration is subject to availability. Twin beds are not guaranteed at every property, as many hotels predominantly offer double-bed rooms.

Guests who prefer single-occupancy accommodation must request the same at the time of booking, subject to availability and applicable charges.

Safety & Liability

Travel Bezzie curates experiences across diverse destinations, some of which may involve inherent risks beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to, travel in remote or underdeveloped areas, transportation by road, rail, sea, or air, natural calamities, political unrest, acts of terrorism, unforeseen accidents, or medical emergencies in regions with limited evacuation or healthcare facilities.
While Travel Bezzie takes all reasonable precautions and works with trusted partners to ensure safety and comfort, we shall not be held liable for circumstances arising beyond our control, including the availability, provision, or adequacy of medical care.

By confirming your booking and making the required payment, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to hold Travel Bezzie harmless against any such claims or liabilities.

Important Note on Meals:
All meals will be served as per the standard setup of the respective hotels or properties—either buffet or à la carte—at their discretion. As this is a group tour, individual food preferences cannot be accommodated within the group meal arrangement.

If you wish to order something specific or different from the included meal setup, it will be at your own expense. Kindly refrain from requesting personal meal customizations, as individual requests are not entertained during group tours.
