Terms of Payment, Refund & Cancellation
Cancellation requests made via call or WhatsApp messages will not be accepted. To proceed with a cancellation, please respond to the email containing the payment receipt you received at the time of booking.
We will make every effort to adhere to the planned itinerary for your trip. However, certain factors beyond our control may necessitate changes to the schedule.
Once your participation in the trip is confirmed, an advance payment will be required to secure your booking. Full payment must be made at least 45 days prior to the trip. Travel Bezzie reserves the right to cancel your reservations, rooms, or seats without prior notice if the total payment is not received by this deadline.

Notes:
- No refunds in the form of cash will be given; only credit notes will be issued.
- Credit notes issued can be used within 12 months for the same trip. Any difference in the new booking amount must be paid via bank transfer.
- The cancellation policy applies to the total trip cost, not just the token or booking amount.
- In case of government orders, harsh weather, protests, landslides, or other unforeseen circumstances, Travel Bezzie will arrange the best possible alternate plans. Refunds will not be provided for activities that need to be canceled due to such circumstances.
- If a trip or trek is fully canceled or partially disrupted due to force majeure events, diplomatic/political circumstances, natural disasters, wars, strikes, or government actions, no refunds or credit vouchers will be issued. The company shall not be liable in such cases.
- Any additional expenses arising from natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances will be borne by the customer.
