Conditions governing payments, refunds, and cancellations
- Bear in mind that there are certain things that are beyond our control that might cause the itinerary that we shared with you to vary, even though we will do all in our power to stick to it.
- At the moment that you verify your participation in the excursion, you will be responsible for making the whole amount due.
- In the event of a cancellation made less than 30 days before the departure date of the trip, a credit note for the amount equal to half of the trip cost will be issued.
- In the event that you need to cancel your trip with less than 30 days’ notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- If airfare is involved, there will be no refund given.
- In the event that a traveller cancels their participation in a trip less than 30 days before the departure date, they will not get a refund.
- In the event of no show. There will be no allowance made for a refund.
