- Reservation Process:
To begin the reservation process, please get in touch with our dedicated travel consultants via phone, email, or in-person at our office. They will provide you with all the necessary information about the tour, including the itinerary, inclusions, and total trip cost.
- Advance Payment:
To confirm your booking, we require a non-refundable advance payment of 35% of the total trip cost. This payment is necessary to secure your spot on the tour and initiate the necessary arrangements.
- Payment Methods:
We accept various payment methods for your convenience, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms. Our travel consultants will provide you with the necessary details to complete the advance payment.
- Booking Confirmation:
Upon receiving the 35% advance payment, we will send you a booking confirmation via email or through your preferred communication method. This confirmation will include essential trip details, payment receipt, and any other relevant information.
- Remaining Payment:
The final payment to be made as per specified date or as per instructions of the Tour Operations Manager.
- Tour Operations Manager’s Instructions:
Prior to the trip, our experienced Tour Operations Manager will get in touch with you and the rest of the tour group. They will provide you with detailed instructions regarding the final payment, any optional activities or upgrades, and other essential trip details.
- Cancellation and Refunds:
In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, please refer to our cancellation policy, which will be provided to you during the booking process. In this policy, the terms and conditions for cancelling the trip, as well as any relevant refund processes, will be outlined.
