Terms of Payment, Refund & Cancellation

  1. We will make every effort to adhere to the planned itinerary for the trip provided to you. However, please understand that certain factors beyond our control may necessitate changes to the schedule.
  2. Upon confirming your participation in the trip, you will be required to make the full payment at that time.
  3. If you choose to cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to the trip date, we will issue a credit note for 50% of the trip amount as a refund.
  4. For cancellations made within 30 days of the trip date, no refund will be provided.
  5. Please note that any airfare included in the trip package is non-refundable.
  6. In the event of partial cancellation of travelers’ spots before 30 days of the trip date, no refund will be granted.
  7. In the case of a no-show, no refund will be provided.
  8. We regret to inform you that non-utilized services are non-refundable. The booking fee is also non-refundable. Failure to make the payment for the trip amount by the due date will be treated as a cancellation.
