Terms of Payment, Refund & Cancellation
Cancellation requests made via call or WhatsApp messages will not be accepted. To proceed with a cancellation, please respond to the email containing the payment receipt that you received at the time of booking.
- We will make every effort to adhere to the planned itinerary for the trip provided to you. However, please understand that certain factors beyond our control may necessitate changes to the schedule.
- Upon confirming your participation in the trip, you will be required to make the necessary advance payment at that time. Balance to be paid as guided by the Tour Operations Manager.
- You can enjoy free cancellation up to 60 days before the departure date for the Land Package. Please note that the cancellation policy for flights will be as per the operator’s terms.

Note: The credit note issued can be used within 12 months to book the same trip. If the new booking amount is higher than the credited amount, the difference must be paid to the company via bank transfer.
- If you choose to cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to the trip date, we will issue a credit note for 50% of the trip amount as a refund.
- For cancellations made within 30 days of the trip date, no refund will be provided.
- Please note that any airfare included in the trip package is non-refundable.
- In the event of any partial cancellation before 30 days of the trip date, no refund will be granted.
- In the case of a no-show, no refund will be provided.
- We regret to inform you that non-utilized services are non-refundable. The booking fee is also non-refundable. Failure to make the payment for the trip amount by the due date will be treated as a cancellation.
In the event of government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or any unforeseen circumstances, we will carefully arrange the best possible alternate plans or trips/treks. In certain situations where activities need to be cancelled, we will strive to offer suitable alternatives, but refunds will not be provided.
In the event of a trip is cancelled fully or partially disrupted resulting from force majure events, diplomatic events or related political circumstances, refunds or credit vouchers cannot be provided. These events are typically beyond the control of the parties involved and may include natural disasters, wars, strikes, or government actions.The company shall not be held liable for refunds in such instances.
If a trek or trip cannot be completed due to a natural calamity or unforeseen circumstances, no refund will be provided.
Any additional expenses arising from natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances will be borne by the customer, and the company will not be liable for these costs.
